To accelerate the marketization, industrialization, and internationalization of the large-scale applications of the BeiDou system, and to strengthen the ecosystem cooperation of the BeiDou industry, the China Time and Space Information Group Co. Ltd. (CSTI), the China Satellite Networks Group Co., Ltd. (CSCN) and the Management Committee of the Xiong’an New Area of Hebei Province organized the 2025 Xiong'an BeiDou Ecosystem Cooperation Conference jointly on May 15, 2025 in Xiong'an, China.

With the theme of “BeiDou Leads and Creates the Future”, the conference aims to share the achievement in the development of BeiDou applications and plan for future development. It is expected to promote the large-scale application of BeiDou to a wider range, deeper level, and higher quality. The conference extended an invitation to industrial terminal users, universities, research institutes, telecoms operators, terminal manufacturers, chip makers, and innovative enterprises specializing in BeiDou applications to convene and engage in a dialogue on the development trends of the BeiDou industrial applications. This gathering will facilitate the sharing of cutting-edge technology and innovative achievements, promote the alignment and collaboration of industrial resources, and encourage the large-scale application of the DeiDou system through collective endeavors.

In the future, CSTI will implement the “Action Plan of Space-Time Foundation - Technological Innovation” based on the principle of INNOVATION to lay the foundations for the BeiDou industrial applications, perform the "Action Plan of Space-Time Orientation - Multi-scenario Co-creation" following the guide of APPLICATION to enrich the BeiDou application services, and carry out the “Action Plan of Space-Time Chip - Industrial Cooperation” based on the principle of OPENNESS to enable BeiDou application and cooperation further.
