China Satellite Navigation Conference (CSNC) is organized by the Academic Exchange Center of China Satellite Navigation Office, the conference has been successfully held for 8 times in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Nanjing, Xi’an, Changsha and Shanghai. Being the largest and the most high-level and representative academic exchange conference for satellite navigation systems, CSNC boasts rich content and bears international influence. Starting from the third time, CSNC had started to hold ION-Panel branch meetings in cooperation with Institute of Navigation (ION). With the Chinese-English simultaneous interpreting service readily accessible, the conference serves as a large platform for exchange of knowledge of international satellite navigation systems. With this platform, officers in response of satellite navigation systems from China, USA, Russia, Europe and other nations and regions, and over 2000 experts and scholars from research institutions and enterprises, as well as other representatives from enterprises will share the latest achievements in the field of satellite navigation.

The “BeiDou Satellite Navigation Application Promotion” award is an authoritative award set up by the annual conference. It aims to support China's satellite navigation cause, give full play to the guiding role of the award in promoting scientific and technological progress, talent gathering, resource integration and construction of BeiDou satellite navigation system, and encourage and help leading units to develop comprehensively.

Allystar HD8040 is the first product designed on CYNOSURE III architecture. It is the World’s 1st Multi-System Multi-Band SoC chip supports Beidou-3. It also supports all civilian use GNSS. HD8040 is integrated with floating point unit, making the calculating performance improved by 40%. As a high precision navigation and positioning chip, HD8040 can reach meter-level position accuracy without assisting from ground-based augmentation systems. Meanwhile, it can reach meter-level position accuracy with assisting from ground-based augmentation systems. HD8040 is the first one uses 40nm technology process in high precision industry to make the chip smaller. HD8040 is embedded with DES/AES/SM4 data encryption units to implement information source encryption. This chip can be widely used in vehicle management, car navigation, wearable devices, Marine navigation, GIS data acquisition, precision agriculture, smart logistics, unmanned driving, engineering survey, and other fields.

In the future, Allystar will continue to increase engagement in technology research and development, enhance innovation, and then introduce more multimode compatible chip and open the chip hardware platform. On the basis of “BeiDou Open Platform”, Allystar will provide an opportunity for the whole industry chain enterprises to promote leapfrog development of the whole industrial chain.
