Recently, TÜV Rheinland, a leading international provider of testing and inspection services, awarded Allystar the ISO 26262 Functional Safety Management System certification at ASIL D level. This certification signifies that the functional safety management processes and systems established by Allystar for the automotive electronics field have fully met the rigorous requirements of ASIL D, the highest level of functional safety in the industry. It provides a solid guarantee for the reliable, safe automotive-grade positioning products and solutions, demonstrating Allystar’s technological strength and standardization capabilities in the automotive electronics field.

ISO 26262 is a globally recognized standard for automotive functional safety. Covering functional safety requirements planning, design, implementation, integration, verification, validation, configuration, and other key aspects, the standard aims to minimize the risks of failures in automotive electrical and electronic systems by promoting comprehensive development processes. The latest version of the ISO 26262 standard was officially released in December 2018, and the functional safety certification under this standard has now become a prerequisite for electronic component suppliers seeking to enter the automotive industry.

The senior executives from both parties attended the certification ceremony on December 2nd, 2025. Lu Wei, Chief Executive Officer, Wang Yong, Chief Operating Officer, and Zhang Dinglin, Chief Product Officer, representing Allystar, Zhao Bin, General Manager of Industrial Services and Information Security for Greater China, and Yan Rao, Sales Supervisor, on behalf of TÜV Rheinland were present to confer the certification.

According to Lu Wei, “Obtaining the ISO 26262 Functional Safety Management System certificate marks a significant milestone in Allystar’s development in the automotive electronics sector. This authoritative recognition of our management systems and technical capabilities not only reaffirms our commitment to the safety-first principle but also to delivering trustworthy products to customers. This certification will further enhance Allystar’s core competitiveness in the automotive industry chain, boost our brand influence worldwide, and strengthen customer confidence. Looking ahead, Allystar will continue to strengthen functional safety practices, optimize the full-process management, tackle critical technological challenges, and provide global customers with secure, reliable mobility solutions and stringent safety controls.”

Zhao Bin commented, “The issuance of the ISO 26262 Functional Safety Management System certificate at ASIL D level demonstrates Allystar’s expertise. We look forward to witnessing Allystar achieve further technological breakthroughs in more areas of functional safety. In the future, TÜV Rheinland will continue to leverage its expert team to provide Allystar with professional, high-quality, one-stop services and technical support for the functional safety of its products, thereby enhancing its overall competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
